WHO WE ARE
Quorsus Consulting is a consulting firm specializing in results-based management, circular economy, and social sustainability and inclusion. We are a small, women majority-owned company that was founded in September 2020. Our associates have over 25 years of experience, and have a proven ability to support multiple projects with medium to high complexity, to manage stakeholders’ expectations, and are willing to take full responsibility for delivering the program/projects’ objectives on-time with the highest quality.
We aim to combine our associates’ international experience with their technical skills to strategically tailor them to our clients’ needs.

ADRIANA BUSTILLO
Co-founder and Managing Director
Adriana holds a MA in International Development from the University of Warwick and a BA in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from the University of New Mexico. She employs both qualitative and quantitative research methods to analyze data and communicate results. Her consulting experience includes working as a M&E specialist for several mid-term evaluations of GEF/GCF funded projects in Latin America. She has previously volunteered in multiple non-governmental organizations focused on digital equity and gender equality.
Adriana aspires to contribute to efforts that strengthen communities and expand economic and social opportunities for all people.

ALONDRA MARADIAGA
Co-founder and Gender Specialist
Alondra holds a MA in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick and a BA in Political Science from the Mexico Autonomous Institute of Technology (ITAM). She has professional experience in both public sectors. Her professional experience focuses on evaluating social policies and promoting gender equality and economic development. She has experience managing a national programme aimed to guarantee women's rights and equal access to justice, and projects dedicated to improve the livelihoods of female workers with an economic and sustainable approach.
She believes climate change is one of the most important issues and aspires to contribute to the conversion of enterprises and cities towards a circular economy.

Associate Consultant
Paulo holds an MSc in Ecosystem Services Markets and Governance from Yale Forestry School. He has firsthand experience working in protected area management and project development and monitoring for ecological restoration, environmental education and ecosystem conservation projects in rural and urban areas of the tropics in Central and South America. As a consultant, he dedicates his efforts to monitoring and evaluation of ecosystem governance, agriculture/rural development and climate change adaptation & mitigation related projects.
Paulo aspires to contribute to biodiversity conservation based economy and ecosystem governance in the tropics.

Junior Consultant
Shabelle holds a Master's Degree in Project Management and a BA in Environmental Engineering. She has international experience in mid-term and terminal evaluations of GEF-funded environmental impact projects and in Results Based Monitoring and Evaluation. Likewise, she has knowledge and experience in the Sustainable Development Goals and education, since she considers that education is the best way to achieve real and lasting changes that that benefit all forms of life on the planet.
